
YOU ARE PRECIOUS!
How’s your pressure [blood that is] – are you an eruptor (my word): easily detonating? If so, you may be subject to having road rage, neighbor rage, significant partner rage, impatience rage – full of rampage! NO, not the movie – I looked up the word and up comes ads and descriptions of the movie Rampage, Ha!
The not-so-Einstein calculation is that people exhibiting these detestable habits coequals someone who doesn’t like him/herself. Ah ha – that’s the crux of it!
Perhaps from:
- letting the past define them – we suffer hurt in life but must find a way to move beyond it
- cannot conceive the niceness of anyone – people will disappoint
- assuming the worst of themselves – always assume the best in you
The Fix Is In:

- Support group – you can’t go it alone, latch on to a group centered and avowed toward healing
- Exercise – the mending of life’s maladies with exercise causes positive emotions and exuberance – it associates a boost to the immune system, with the release of endorphins, dopamine and serotonin, deemed the Happiness hormones. Working out regularly means Living yourself Happy. People steadfast in exercise usually have a Happier disposition than those who do not.
- Faith focus – you can’t go it alone, find balance in prayer/meditation Studies have shown that meditation increases antibody production and, simultaneously, feelings of happiness [WebMD]. This may in part be due to meditation’s similarities to what we traditionally perceive as exercise, namely breath control, focus, and the tuning out of external stimuli.
To be Happy is to love yourself FIRST – go ahead, forge into borderline narcissism!
