What do you hate, who do you hate, what team do you hate, what religion do you hate, what culture do you hate? Yes, there is a lot of hate to go around and people are “drinking the cool-aid”, so harsh an emotion! The real deal is that we actually dislike things and people, but we settle for the drastic expression for what is really a DO NOT like comes out as “I hate…” We cleave to our dislikes, so tightly that they drain any inkling of Happy we may possess and we don’t even realize it – it becomes normal.
People dislike a lot of things, but in most cases, it doesn’t stop there. The unfortunate and disparaging thing is that we are so doomed by expressing what we dislike, so emphatically, that we hate it. Which then becomes an unconscious spread of a feeling. They find it significant to tell anyone who would listen, their dislike, in grandiose expression (I hate …) then those receiving ears lurch their mouths into the emotion, starting the virus of loathing. Woefully though, in most cases ‘it’s coming from inside the house’ – people close to you. But, there’s hope for happy.
That negative energy is compromising to your happiness. Don’t get sucked in to agreeance, instead counteract with a positive comment or feeling, there’s always a positive.

We tend to hate people we don’t know or have never met. Can you wrap your mind around how reasonless that sounds? We can’t seem to avoid that jumping-out-of-one’s-head and into a diatribe of unjustified repulsion. Actually, hate is a strong word towards someone else, but humans says they hate someone or something, in random nonchalant tongue flaps – no apparent reason behind it. It usually is not from meeting and knowing them personally.
Most likely toward an important person or a sports team – that has its fame, followers and for the most part, million-dollar salaries.
In relation to politics, there can be so much disgust. Instead of dragging it with your every birthday, express it, be prudent not to remain in that negative place and stop the plaque buildup around your heart. There is so much passion in the negativity of politics that remains tethered to some people. Don’t be that person, you can in no way benefit from that feeling. Happiness is within you, find it, keep it.
Hate negatively impacts the nervous system, immune system, and endocrine system.
