As life would have it, we rejoice in birth, come into a happiness of greenery, sunshine, oceans and food. Life is Good!
If only we can keep up the memento of the Good Life. Nevertheless, in it all, there’s happiness to be had, and yes it’s up to us to snatch that goodness and revel in it.Mankind is one species, but as life would have it, mankind has made our collective existence more than unhappy by treating others as subpar species. The bible guides us towards the way we should live, and adhere to that is eternal life. It espouses that what is most imperative is, 1) loving God and 2) loving your neighbor as yourself: anything opposing would be sacrilege. The imperialists, claiming to be of tradition, emphasizing bible authority or any doctrine of salvation by faith, reigned barbarism to mankind to enact such sacrilege. A reasonable conclusion would be that from hundreds of years ago, hell is most likely full of them.
They still exist, but a happy heart rests in looking forward and knowing there’s a Power, and judgment. Man will be man, who will always do good and to do bad – the bad has reigned and continues to reign, but the One who we need to heed, whether God or Allah has the final say in how we rest from our laurels. There’s always happy, because there’s a prime Redeemer, and that should be the focus.
“The way to happiness is: keep your heart free from hate, your mind from worry.”
–Norman Vincent Peale
Loving ourselves and good treatment to others should be utmost. I don’t know what’s in the hearts of mankind, but my knowing surely is not a factor in any clandestine adverse actions others projected on others’ existence. We should be happy, despite what others’ hearts and minds are fraught with. Happiness is emphatically the goodness within us that we project onto others.
Let’s be happy, let’s enjoy each other. Let mankind-ness show acts of good-will!
