Have you imagine yourself in a happy world, swaddled with splendor and bursting in beauty? Don’t mean for you to lose your lunch… but look around; you are in it.
In a world… in my house, there’s a window overlooking the kitchen sink wide enough to put about 8 small potted plants on the window sill. Outside there is a view to the neighbor’s kitchen and living room windows and our wooden fence with the gate to our backyard. Right outside our window my husband planted an unknown bush. It produces the most beautiful purple four-leaf-clover-like little flowers, hanging like grape-like bunches.
On beautiful summer days with glowing sunshine, it makes an adorable entomology show with and occasional butterfly, bluebird, humming bird or bee pollenating the survival of the flowers and catching some nutrition. Makes for a sight of succulence that renders happiness for the heart!

In life there is very good: Higher Powers and beings and there is very evil: the extreme opposite. However of the millions of churches that exist, we don’t see churches that worship the very evil.
As such there are a lot of bad and ugly in the world, probably at every turn, but we have to be mindful to zoom in on the good things, the pretty things, the happy things. In choosing to do so, we dwell on that happy within us—remember that’s where it [happy] lives.
See the good around you, it’s drenching. Train your mind, be positive and seek the beautiful.
Today, just take time to smell the roses, enjoy those little things about your life, your family, spouse, friends, job. Forget about the thorns -the pains and problems they cause you – and enjoy life.

All is not always glorious; sadness reigns at times. However, not to besmirch the cliche: ‘life goes on’, but we have to be strong and find comfort and happiness to offer help to others and function to the betterment of our own lives. Happiness in our lives is food for health and well-being.
So go ahead enjoy life— smell the happy, see the happy!
