I’m a wife, mother, grammi, 23-yr US Air Force Veteran – a surreal and humbling experience, with a spouse also in the USAF and successfully raised 3 children [endearingly called, “military brats”]. I must obligingly say it’s tough tough sandwich to squeeze into – but it relegates a step above parenthood – being dedicated to family and the military is ‘parenting on steroids’. I once said, our brats need at least 3 parents, or more. Here I am nevertheless, with all my marbles in a row, through it all – that’s Might!
